Oper Stockholm Olafur Eliasson
The new opera house in Copenhagen:
"Chandeliers"

The supporting sub-construction is formed by helix spirals made of casted bronze. The objects are illuminated by 300 halogen lamps.
The glass elements consist of 5 mm thick double laminated safety glass/partial pre-tensioned glass. The styling and the boreholes were made using water jet technology.		 Back
